Artscene 1991 Exhibition Poster
This poster was published to promote the annual Artscene gallery at the Hunter Museum of Art in Chattanooga.
This design won the local competition, and I was given the opportunity to work with traditional print shop silkscreen materials.
The design was originally a black and white ink drawing, which was manually seperated into two color layers for the silkscreen process.
At the time, computer aided graphic design was not widely available, so everything was laid out by hand, including the fonts.
